Sioux Falls Ministry Center Community Room Offers Versatility for Hosting Events

One of the special features at the Sioux Falls Ministry Center is its Community Room, which is available to the public to rent for a variety of special occasions.
The event possibilities for the Community Room are endless. It can be used for birthday or anniversary parties, weddings or wedding receptions, family reunions, sales or fundraising events or other organized events, personal or professional in nature.
The Community Room is a newly-renovated area that offers reasonable rates and flexible scheduling for events. The cost to rent the Community Room is $10 per hour. When necessary, there is a $50 fee for room clean-up. If event supervision is needed, there is a $10 per hour fee.
There are several amenities included with the rental of the Community Room. There are over 100 chairs that can be used with nine round tables and numerous rectangular tables. In addition, the Community Room also has several technological features, including wireless internet access and an overhead ceiling projector with screen and audio capabilities. There is also kitchen access, along with a coffee machine that serves up to 24 per cycle. Along with the use of the kitchen, outside catering is allowed.
The Community Room’s location also makes it a very attractive place to hold a special event. Located near the heart of historic downtown Sioux Falls on the corner of 11th Street and 2nd Ave., the Sioux Falls Ministry Center features a private parking lot and ample on-street parking. It is also located near the Sioux Area Metro Bus Depot.
